Professor Noble inspires her learners through life experiences. She engages learners by inviting them to reflect on their own experiences and this practice aims to explain theory with the socratic method. In these courses there are no technological tools because learners discuss their own real life examples. If they do not have business experience, they can relate to nature. Noble depicts on her students their own emotions, experiences and values to help hem on this exercise of self-reflection.
It is a collective healing process of understanding theory and should not be confused with personal trauma and drama. For Noble life is full of serendipity and the irony of fate plays a big role.
