Noble is a Canadian and Western European citizen. She is the editor of the book International Careers and Academia (2025), and is the first co-editor of Careers without Borders (2013).

Professor Noble earned her Ph. D. at the University College of London (UCL) after working at the headquarters of a German multinational as management trainer and in the financial sector. In 2008 she received an offer to a fast-tenure track position in Connecticut and in 2011, she became a tenured associate professor. During this time, she taught in the MBA program and developed considerable administrative work which includes an accredited undergraduate program. However, her research aims were not aligned with this position and at the end of 2013, left the job with due diligence. After a meritorious career as tenured associate professor, she kept from this passage, her residence in the United States by the beaches of Massachusetts.
During subsequent years, she received new offers for faculty positions which she declined for unmatched research identity.

She held paid assignments in Austria (Visiting Professorship), Germany (Lecturer) and in China (Course Developer and Conference Speaker). She worked as research fellow in Finland with an European competitive post-doctoral research grant. Brazil and other European countries are also listed along her curriculum vitae.

Faculty teaching appointments and writing journal articles were certainly valuable experiences but she took higher challenges with blind refereed edited books with large international research networks. Her single-authored books about the utopia of talent and the new one expected by March 2026 are unique original works of critical thinking. The new book on power and ethical leadership includes an online course about the Netflix documentary The Social Dilemma published by renowned traditional publishers which gave her public recognition in topics of her expertise.
